HOW DOES IT WORK?

PART O | INTAKE SESSION

Book a complimentary intake session for your team. If you're not there yet, start by scheduling a quick 1:1 chat to learn more.

This is an opportunity for you and your co-founder(s) to:

  • Understand more about the Confidante program

  • Share what success looks like for you and your team

  • Walk through a sample exercise (Working Style Diagnostic, please complete in advance)

After the session, you can decide if you would like to continue with the program.

PART I | BASELINING

Structured Sessions
3 Months (meeting every other week)

For first time teams, the initial 6 sessions of our partnership will walk through a defined set of exercises to get to know each other:

  1. Individual Reflection (Relationship Resume, Personal Motivators)

  2. Company Vision (What is Success, What is Failure)

  3. Working Together (Co-Founder Partnership Agreement)

For existing teams, the Co-Founder Partnership Agreement will be reviewed every 6 months in a 3 hour in-person session.

PART II | PROACTIVE SESSIONS

Open Sessions
Ongoing (meeting every other week)

For new teams, after the 4 initial sessions are completed, we will address any open concerns, frustrations, or other needs during our sessions every other week. A sample agenda could look like:

  • Brief overview of last session & what has happened since on the company-side

  • Discussion of areas of frustration or tension that have not yet been discussed

  • Summary of commitments & how we will bring these learnings into the next two weeks of work
